  2. Cheer,s to all who were out today , 1st for trying to drag me back to the bunch and 2nd for trying again and again. I eventually stopped for a gel but i think i was to late with that , it was a long hard slog up the westferry and on to the bridge.

  3. Grant , I think i will join yous on sunday ,recovering from knee surgery so need to take it easy plus totaly unfit so might peel of early i,ll see how it goes.

  4. Billy and others can,t pedal at moment,knee op recovery in progress .

    three lochs is a nice run , head for helensburgh then carry on till you get to the naval base roundabout ,take 2nd exit then climb for about a half mile ,straight through the next roundabout for arracher,then keep going till you get there, once you are in arrocher turn sharp right an follow the road all the way down loch lomond side untill you get your bearing,s.     P.S Richard binnie will probably know the route as he works in the base.

  5. The three loch,s is about 80 miles but a nice run over the bridge to the light side for all you largs lovers.

    It can be a bit busy and fast coming down loch lomand side but a good fast 20.
