not really any of my business but in my experience the ideal location is Tenerife, you have almost guarnteed weather and a mountain pass found normally only in the alps/pyrenees. I was there in feb in shortsleeves, sunny and mid twenties. Easy to get to with flyglobespan or ryanair.
