Dear all Just thought I'd post this to let you know how I'm recovering from my fall on the sunday run, 6 weeks ago. The answer is I'm recovering well, the break to my collar bone was a full break (i.e split in two) but thankfully it was a clean simple break. I was in a sling up until yesterday when I had an x-ray which showed the bone had knitted back well. So now all I have to do is get my left shoulder and arm musles back up to strength and I'll be back on the bike. This is going to take atleast 4 weeks , the musle wastage has been worse than I'd expected. So look out I'll be around for a sunday run hopefully around the end of september. Again thanks to everyone for helping on that sunday six weeks ago. Cheers Craig
