Hi everyone, Pretty new to all this and was actually looking for the 30 milers but seem to have stumbled upon the 45 milers! Would it be possible for a newbie to tag along on this ride? Not done a lot of group riding but feeling fit and ready to learn from some experienced heads! Cheers Colin

Hi there, went a couple of runs with some friendly Johnstone Wheelers a few years ago but unfortunately fell away due to work commitments etc.... Caught Tour de France fever this year, bought a new bike and really want to get back into some group cycling. Wondering if anyone could recommend an easy run I might be able to tag along on to help clear the rust?!? Any info much appreciated!! Cheers Colin
