There are a few riders out there reading this forum that ride the bik everyday like myself and will know every single pot hole en route to work!

If we all report it we can save a few wheels in the bargain.

We shall find out tomorrow whats best and which route to take a bunch safely.

Will discuss this tonight again with blackman but dont worry it will be a good ride but split at the lamp is ok for those who need to get back to Glasgow etc but the main bunch usually ends up in Johnstone like last yr.

    See you in the morn.

  9. Hi there,

A few of us ride to Edinburgh every year with panniers from Glasgow.

We always use the Bike path departing Maryhill - follow this route and it will take you by the Falkirk wheel then direct into the City centre.

Ive done this a few times and will be doing it again soon.

Great track but only problem is you have to stop a few times to pass gates.

Good scenery though Oh ya dancer !

    Good Luck.

    Stevie
