David McKellar Posted October 2, 2007 Report Share Posted October 2, 2007 Just a reminder that the first of this year's spin classes starts at Linwood Sports Centre at 7.30 tomorrow (Wednesday 3rd October). Names I have so far are as follows: Darryl Sean Gray Davie R John J (Redflash) Jackie Caroline Joyce Ian Dennis Mike Greg (Happy52) Kenny Mac Sarah Campbell Alex You will need a drink and a towel. The new bikes have double sided pedals, SPD (mountain bike) pedals on one side and flat pedals with toe clips and straps on the other. It may be possible to fit your own pedals but we need to check this out first. There are still a few places available if you want to give it a try come along.
