David McKellar Posted November 2, 2006 Report Share Posted November 2, 2006 The next set of spinning classes will start on Wednesday 15 November at Linwood Sports Centre at 7.30 and last for 6 weeks. If you want a really good work out aimed at improving fitness and designed for cyclists please come along and join us. All the regulars have signed up for the next session please post or PM me if you are planning on coming along. The 6 weeks cost £18 payable on the first night any money made after the instructor and the hall have been paid is paid into club funds, can't be bad.
