A very enjoyable run out to day, in a healthy bunch of 12 and an excellent choice of route - just the one Kay and I had in mind!

Hope those who shortened and lengthened their run got home ok.

Route will be local (for some!), social, 40 - 50 miles, with a 9.15 start.
