Stuart and myself wont be at training this evening. Stuart decided to take the quick route down Glen Coe on Sunday, one helicopter flight and night in hospital in fort willaim later he has fractured his left hip and has several cuts/bruises and is generally sore. So wont be cycling for a while. I'm just tired and hope to be back next week or after christmas.
