  1. Slight detour on the origional posting,

     

    but if anyone is up for something similar on Friday i will be looking to go out then, anytime from 9:30 on, only limitation is that I need to be back in Erskine for 3.

     

    Would have joined you, on weds but already made arrangements to meet up, taking in the same sort of route as discussed ie crow etc.

     

    Will also be doing something similar next thursday (weather permitting) if anyones interested

    I've got a Carmichael Training Systems DVD, which is ideal for on rollers. I did watch it once, it looks pretty painful stuff, didn't help me much though, but then again i don't have any rollers to train on!!! :roll::roll::roll:

    If this is any good let me know and i will arange to get it to you

  4. Please see the Scottish Cyclocross website for details of tomorrow's race location - the link on the Scottish Cycling website is incorrect.

     

    The race is being held at the Craigend Visitor Centre in Mugdock Country Park = postcode is G62 8EL.
