Been doing 1 lap, 2 lap and last week 4 lap sprints. (My usual Thursday slot is unavailable because of the Revolution Series at the weekend) Haven't entered a JWCC Team Pursuit team for 6 December btw. But Finn Harrod (?) was doing 2000m race pace pursuit efforts. He almost caught me on my 1 lap sprint during his 8 laps. Need a bigger gear. Need bigger legs.
