Route : along track to Kilburnie, Glengarnock, Highfield, Auchentiber, Bloak Road to Dairy. Steady 30 miler pace and regroup at hills. Suitable for newbies and oldies. Paul C Posted March 26, 2017 Report Share Posted March 26, 2017 What a lovely day for a run (with a bunch of 8) after a chilly start! Got a bit warm so had to unzip my jacket couple of inches at the end!. Left the bunch at the dairy and soloed back to LW via Kilmaurs, Crosshouse and Kilwinning. Excellent day out and a good old natter in the tearoom. The chocolate cake was lovely. I think we have exhausted the cheese jokes!!!
