2023 Subscriptions ginty001 Posted November 9, 2016 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted November 9, 2016 Anyone had any experience of the PlanetX Guttersnipe Tyre.. it's just for my commute bike, so only real concerns are grip in wet and puncture proofness, oh and cost 😊 Cheers Ian

2023 Subscriptions ginty001 Posted November 10, 2016 Author 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted November 10, 2016 Billy, can't find the Pave for anything less than £35 a pop, cant afford that for my commute bike i'm afraid....
Mark O
Conti 4 seasons for me Ginty. A little more expensive but worth it IMO. Easily two years out of a pair and good grip (important to some as sketchy as me in the corners). Had pair 32mm on my winter bike, renewed with same earlier this year. Tried and tested on the pave of northern France too so will deal with Glaswegian genus of road surfaces. M PS stick the cost on your business expenses or claim it back through your tax. ginty001
2023 Subscriptions Gerard Deeley Posted November 10, 2016 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted November 10, 2016 I am using Michelin Pro4 Endurance 25 that I bought in Decathlon for £36 for the pair and I am pretty happy with them on my commute. ginty001
James Esus
Going get slated by the tyre police but....... https://www.decathlon.co.uk/700x23-zaffiro-road-bike-tyre-id_8343074.html Had these for the last 2 years on my commuter/winter with no problem! At £6.99 each if you don't like them, bin them! ginty001
