Similar route to last week, Bowfield, Gateside, Barmill and continue on towards Kilwiinning. Quiet country roads with a few hills, but mainly flat after initial climb out of Howwood. Good run with an unintentional farm watch tour around the rear of the RNAD at Beith. Teas, coffees and scones under the sun canopy at Dalgarven Mill and homeward bound as the temperature kept rising.
