CTT Scotland District Meeting

Are there any volunteers to attend this meeting?

Hi All

 

CTT Scotland are proposing to hold a district meeting as early in the year as possible hopefully in April either on a Saturday or a Sunday. What I would like to gauge from the member clubs is where the meeting should take place and whether your club would send a representative. At this meeting we would like to introduce ourselves (CTT Scotland Comittee) and give a presentation on Signage and Safety procedures for CTT Events and if possible to give a presentation on the new CTT Website and On Line Entry system.

 

The possible locations are Perth and Glasgow and travel expenses are available for all delegates.

 

Can you please respond as soon as indicating desire to attend and which venue would be preferable.

Is there a date, time and location? I might be able to go if it doesn't clash with my race dates.
