Must do better on hills, although new PBs on the Tak and Crow road are positive, still loads of room for improvement. Damaged something in my left knee on the descent off the Crow, and it got worse after the cafe stop in Strathblane. Thanks to the bunch for towing me back as far as Erskine and Iain Couttie towing me the rest of the way. Applying ice and Cairngorm Gold now and hoping for a swift recovery.
