Thanks for a good bunch lesson, 6 of us tonight, Carol, Alan T who took charge very well, Graham F, Christine and Andrew - newcomers and myself. Along to Lochwinnoch and back, some took the high road home.

Probably not make it for next 2 weeks as other plans.

Felt a lot more like June!

A gentle spin up to Lochwinnoch, practicing spelling round, and riding in formation. A very good effort. We split up at Lochwinnoch, with Jane and Christine returning on the track, and the rest of headed for Kilmacolm. It kind of splintered up after that with people selecting their own routes home.

Sometimes it's nice just to go out and play on your bike.

Lovely evening for a ride, Headed up to KIlmacolm and split up for a levelish or hilly ride home. I bailed out as have company.

Thanks for the company to Sandra, her friend Roy McPherson, David Cathcart and friend Jim Killoran.

Definitely not able to make next week so hope another club member can welcome the newcomers.

Good luck on Saturday David on your first Audax.

Anyone out tomorrow? 6.30 at the clubrooms

How about this route - down the track then up Barnaigh hill, take a left and down to Lochwinnoch then rejoin the track and back to the clubrooms. This is about 15 miles in total so a little shorter than previous weeks, however it is not as flat a route

Group rides together on the track, then you can go up the hill at your own pace and either wait at the top for the rest of the group or come back down and ride up some of it again. Dont be put off by the hill it is quite long but its not steep and the road is usually quiet. The descent to Lochwinnoch is quite fast so take care on the corners, and at the bottom take the left turn to head towards the Loch and rejoin the track.
