Committee Alan McLean Posted November 2, 2014 Committee Report Share Posted November 2, 2014 done. I have suggested they ask Copenhagen and Amsterdam councils for some pointers. Not kidding. My fantasy wish list includes proper cycle lane marking along the A8 from Glasgow to Bishopton. The road is not wide enough to dual but plenty room for a real lane for commuters. Oh and more advance stop lines, cycle traffic lights, lanes at roundabouts, reduced speed limits, traffic calming, etc etc etc I would like cycling to be normal, and not having to dress up like a Assos storm trooper( Martin's line) and lit up like the Bell Rock when popping out for a pint of milk.
