2023 Subscriptions martin Posted June 18, 2014 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 18, 2014 Hi all, More information on the SC programme to change from WoSCA to "Scottish Cycling - West of Scotland". "Regionalisation project overview" described the process SC wanted to follow to create the new structure. Note that we have now changed the order of these steps and will begin by defining the plan for the region. "Roles Phase 2 notes" lists the people roles that SC are proposing should be part of the new region. I've argued that it's unlikely that SC will have a rush of volunteers to fill these posts, and that it's also better to start by asking what we want to do, and then work out the people we need to do it. Hopefully this will change, but I've included it so you can see they way they are thinking. Happy to explain further, answer any questions, and take your questions back to the working group and to SC.
