Stephen L
It would be good to know if there will be runs of different abilities and the distances of them. Last sat was my first time exercising again for about a month- I always find the reliabilities really motivating but I wouldn't want to hold people back if they have to wait all the time!! Members Kenny MacDonald
Can we get a decision sooon guys ? As we have a load of guys writing 4 week plans and are all ending a 4 week block. Traditionally the reliabilities have been :- 1) Sinclair street Helengsburgh via Erskine bridge, Duck Bay , Georgetown. or West Kilbride ( starting at clubrooms and going Beith, Dalry Kilwinning , West Kilbride , Lochwinnoch. 2) Round coast to West Kilbride, Lochwinnoch , Johnstone 3) Erskine ,Helensburgh, Rosneath peninsula, Helensburgh or 3 lochs other options used were Hailey Brae, Round coast to Kilwinning ( now adopted as Don Smith) Lochwinnoch,Dalry , West Kilbride ,Lugton there are many permeations. What we need to know is start times ? Will there be 2 groups? Is there an escape route option? Do we want to open it up to non members ( we have in past) Are we returning to clubrooms for refreshments. ( I think we have a couple of volunteer helpers) if beginners shorten route they can return to club to open up & heat up soup etc. Can we get this sorted by monday at latest please , ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For all your computer needs, spares & repairs - PC Express, Love Street, Paisley 0141-561-0323 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
