Turbo Tuesday 10th December

A successful Turbo / circuits. 


The layout is a 32 min pyramid turbo, (easily adapted to a longer session adding more layers)  


Followed by... 


A 7 minute circuit. 1 min effort, with 20s off, 

Situps - burpees - step ups - press ups- squat jumps ( length of Hall and back)  - star jumps - Bicycles. 

3-4 min rest and repeat. 


Stretch off to finish.
