Max stair pitch is 42% under Building Standards. Welsh hill is not far off that.

(I am only idly posting while watching stage 17 TDf on Eurosport for footage of Luke Rowe punching Tony Martin, who said sportsmanship was dead?)

Is this " punch " substaniated? If so the expulsion was justified...I suppose.. Otherwise I thought the expulsion was harsh.

Doesnt really count but the the climb up to Loch Humphrey (starts just on the north side of the Erskine Bridge) is brutal. First half is tarmac and a steady gradient then second half is gravel and kicks up to at least 25%. Surface is doable, but difficult, on a road bike on the way up but wouldnt fancy descending it.

Try going up on a full-sus, we use it to get to the trails at the top, brutal
