Administrators Jannza Posted August 18, 2018 Administrators Report Share Posted August 18, 2018 Still got Arran on my to-do list for this year, possibly on Friday if the weather is suitable. Any recommendations for lunch or a cake stop?

Committee Alan McLean Posted August 18, 2018 Committee Report Share Posted August 18, 2018 I never see these places cos I am usually hanging on like grim death to Paul McDonald's wheel hoping for an excuse to stop. I thought Arran was a strip of tarmac one metre wide, 56 miles long, with a 25mm Gatorskin in the middle of it. Administrators Jannza Posted August 21, 2018 Author Administrators Report Share Posted August 21, 2018 Think I might postpone until another day in case more ferries get cancelled! Friday 24th August Due to a technical issue with MV Isle of Arran, the following sailings are cancelled: - Departing Ardrossan: 11:05, 13:50 Departing Brodick: 12:30, 15:15 All other sailings will operate as scheduled. 2023 Subscriptions P McDonald Posted August 22, 2018 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted August 22, 2018 I reckon the legend of Arran needs rejuvenated. So I hereby declare this is the year of the WSA, winter timetable starts 22/10/18 so I will be on the lookout for a decent Saturday thereafter. Thought a wee trip down memory lane to halcyon days of 2011 might be in order, and the pioneering 4 up that achieved the 1st SA. Dr Alan McLean, Fergus O'Carroll, Davie Borland and me.
