I’ve missed a good few Sundays, so it was great to be back out on a big bunch again :-) Good to meet Scott too! Managed most of the way, decided to head towards the Clunch after Stewarton, but took the wrong turn, what a idiot, had to double back, but all good though! Hope everyone got home ok, especially Robbie’s bad luck with punctures today! Cheers Chung
2024 Subscriptions Darryl Gunson Posted June 17, 2018 Author 2024 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 17, 2018 Considering that some of the regulars were otherwise engaged, this was a really good turnout. A big group made its way round the coast to Largs where we briefly saw Marc and Paul. We then continued around the coast to Kilwinning and on to Lochibo Road. After a rapid few miles we turned at Burnhouse for Dunlop and then finished with the sewing bee route. Good to see the Bison back to his old self, and impressive ride by new guy Scott. In fact the whole bunch is going well. 84 splendid miles for me. Great way to spend Father’s Day. Iain67

2023 Subscriptions AlanT Posted June 17, 2018 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted June 17, 2018 Great run out today. Wasn't a great start with a puncture at the clubhouse, but got going and hung in to Largs. Finally burst on Lochlibo Road, and soft pedalled (nae option!) to Amaretto's for a recovery beer.
