  1. Jan I should be good cause most Sunday's I am at the track anyway think we get a provisional date book it and try and get 16 people works out 16 for two hours

Andy If you don't think you will be gaining points the provisional will do for most Road Races bar nationals ( I think) For Time trials I think most open races accept provisionals Some races are TLI where if your not a member you can get a day licence usually an extra 5/10 pounds As you get a provisional free start with that and if there are issues upgrade

    Under orders so can't do bogs was planing to do a couple of hours in the lanes of Gledoch 0900 Miller Street
  15. Jane et al I gave up trying to order a top, three attempts and all different parts, really only wanted a skin suit so probably fate
  16. You need a TLI licence , or a day licence ( extra cost ) The thing you may be thinking about is CTT which is all about time trials

Ok That's about my limit for the test , if you have never done one of these simple pleasures rest if you can keep hydrated , and the test is simple 20/30 minutes warm up then a 20 minute ramp starting at about 7/10 then increasing 7.5/10 then finishing as hard as you can , for the last 20 minutes I record your Heart rate and power every minute remember to pace so you can complete it If anybody else wants to come along feel free it's a good training session
