That's about my limit for the test , if you have never done one of these simple pleasures rest if you can keep hydrated , and the test is simple 20/30 minutes warm up then a 20 minute ramp starting at about 7/10 then increasing 7.5/10 then finishing as hard as you can , for the last 20 minutes I record your Heart rate and power every minute remember to pace so you can complete it
