  1. Was the first time using it the other night. Its pretty simple. Get everyone to download it and set up a username. One person creates a server (call it whatever you want) That person then adds everyone as a friend and adds them to the server (you will need everyone's username incl #number) Once on the server if you swipe right on the app you can join voice channel - good to go P.S Not essential but there is an option to change what the microphone picks up. As normal discord has it "Voice activated" there is an option for "Push to speak". If you leave as standard there is a good chance you will hear some heavy breathing. If you change to push to speak a button will appear in the voice channel which you can push every time you want to speak- it wont pick up any noise unless its pressed Need any help etc can let me know
  2. Yeah I think first lap easy as one group. Then group 1 keeps going and group 2 stop pedalling for 2mins? Will take a few efforts to get time gaps right perhaps
  3. Thanks for that Chaps, always good fun to suffer with others! I think the Junior took it! So 1 up to the wheelers..or is it more like 1 up to the Jets haha Interesting try it without the sticky draft...aka full suffer mode. Maybe make it abit longer so longer workout?
  4. Paul- I would buy the pedals. I am obviously non-member so happy to wait until Mark does his checks. Or anyone else
  5. Heard you guys were thinking of trying this; we have been doing this in the Northside Chain gang for a couple of years now and it works really well. The one bunch tends to be a core of 6-8 guys working and alot of guys sitting on which does make it more dangerous. The split groups encourage everyone to either want to make the catch or stay away from the faster group so folk tend to work harder as they feel more part of a TTT than a race bunch. Rolling through with folk with similar ability also makes it both harder, safer and smoother rather than sprinting or unable to close gaps. It is also good to mix up now and again and set scratch off first, this encourages group 2 guys who think they could step up to try the scratch and if they get dropped they can join back in with second group- and similar for group 1 and 2.
  6. Might tag along if this OK for non 1st claim members. Happy to offer plenty of turns on the front as penance
  7. Some video clips from the event if you dare to look back at the scarring moments and tempt the PTSD https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WoGTKkP4T1M
