One of the true cycling fans that i have ever met!He made the back room of the Bikes By John Shop make it your worth while hinging about listening to patter that you would only expect to pay for up on the stage.(You just hoped it wasnt you he was slaggin ) His posting about the Arran trip was fantastic and like others you read it and just burst out laughing.   9. Sorry i could not join you but i was instructed by fellow team mates to join them for the usual ride departing the renfra bogs Seems the Perth trip was cancelled right enough. The ride turned out to be brutal Cant be going that bady as i hung on for dear life behind grey hound Crumlish's wheel up every drag that he attacked on...... Still recovering now Paul sorry for not coming out for the curry either! I will make it up to return down at Christmas for our (your) ritual torture training session departing the Bull garage.   19. I rode down thinking nobody would turn up with such heavy showers. Decided to call it a day and gracefully followed the Sensible Ironman Crombie up the road Well done James on the Hill Climb win Fantastic effort to beat the likes of Tam Gordon who is going really well just now. Decided to do the National Hill climb/Trossachs for the Team prize.........you should enter it to James!!

Thanks for time keeping last night Jim and also for allowing me to start so late on as i wasnt aware it was a 1845 start TT with half a loaf of bread in your gut doesnt help either En rote back ot Kilbarchan i watched Young Stuart and Liam ploughing it in to each other at rapid pace for Each and every Climb, Drag,sign post possible

Hey Ramsay , Cycling is all about no pain = no gain Believe me ive had my fair share of Doin's this year but if you persavere something will come good in the end..Keep those pedals turning in Anger Man and hope to see you next week. A fantastic work out and was great to see the leading bunch working hard as a unit and not as individuals. Just as well Kenny mac never took my idea of sticking a lap of the Clune brae amongst it otherwise i'd still be oot there ...
