Upping the ante once again, it's the first of the league of 10, a 10 miles TT on the Westferry this Tuesday. 18:45 meet for a 19:00 start. Usual helpers required, post up if you're attending.

I intend to ride.

I will post the generic risk assessment when I'm back home.
I only struggle on the uphill bits. And the flat bits. I'm not good into a headwind either. And downhills are scary. Other than that, I'm fine.

Generic Risk assessment for the course. All riders and helpers are encouraged to make themselves familiar with the contents.

Speaking of which, we do need some helpers, and a few more riders wouldn't go amiss either.

We have a timekeeper and a hauder. I'm riding anyway as a training session, so it's on.

Big thanks tonight to Eric the timekeeper and special guest hauder, big Al Holmes, who did not ride as part of the event and definitively did not record a time of 22 minutes.

3 riders on a cold, north-windy, sunny evening.

Ian McGinty  24:24

Alan T   24:37

Gerard Deeley 25:30

All riders paid and £9 transferred to the club account.

yes it was. I am clearly suffering from post race number dyslexia.

Bizarrely, I entered the correct time on the spreadsheet.

Thank you very much to Eric and Al for rescuing tonight's T.T., excellent job on the hold up, start and finish. Not as slow a night as I thought it would be, the wind did not really cause any problems. The cold air though, you never quite warm up and you feel it in your legs. A better time time for next week?
