The forecast for tomorrow's Lang Wang Hilly TT is 12-14mph winds. Any view on the use of a rear disc in those conditions? Doesn't appear to be much in the way of full on side winds. Any suggestions appreciated as I've no idea yet. Cheers

If you've not ridden much with it yet, I'd stick to your deep sections. It is a hilly TT also, which suggests a disc may not be the best choice.

Should be fine , what's your front wheel if a tri or more might be an option to run a 60 instead , find the spoke more of a pain in cross winds compared to the disk

But like DG says if not use to them stick the deep sections on road surface is a bit heavy as well

Cheers guys. I've chucked both sets in the car to be on safe side.

Good luck in the race.
I only struggle on the uphill bits. And the flat bits. I'm not good into a headwind either. And downhills are scary. Other than that, I'm fine.
