2023 Subscriptions iain couttie Posted February 28, 2015 2023 Subscriptions Report Share Posted February 28, 2015 To days hill session was 1.2 km another circuit would be over 1.6km, climbing a mile in a couple of hours has to be good training. Will probably do it this week on the only dry day there is. Iain

Guest EPCC
Chris It's a closely guarded secret which we have sworn never to betray However for a pint I might say it's a loop round netherton road and back pass the golf course 4 times = 1 mile vertical
Richie Cross
Where be this Netherton Road and how far is one lap?
Guest EPCC
Richie it's the left turn before Gledoch golf club coming from Houston lap is only 5 miles or so you go over netherton turn right at bottom up the steep climb defend turn right again go past Gledoch drop down to langbank start again either under bridge or back the way you came
Richie Cross
Cheers although I'm not sure I've got it. Looking at Google maps, I think I've got the left turn on Old Greenock Road before the golf course, just after the right turn that would take you down to Langbank. Is it just a series of right turns that takes you back down onto Old Greenock? Can then take Station Road down to Langbank and loop up??
