It was great to be part of a big event today. Whooppee!
Thanks are due to the organisers and officials for their efforts. Hello, beer !!

We have some very fast young riders coming through. Very Happy
I sense that time may not be on my side next year...

A fantastic effort by all of the riders in horrendous conditions but a huge congratulations to Josh McLaughlin for a formidable ride. Next year it's the big hill for you young man Wink

A special mention to Mrs F Kennett who, after witnessing the efforts of the riders on a road very well known to her, provided a very generous donation to the club. Plans are already afoot for this and will be announced shortly

Well done Jim, Vicky, Greg, Jonathan and Josh. Great rides in occasionally foul weather.

If I can work the technology, I will try and post some pictures later! Confused

Sorry guys in my haste to get results out quickly I calculated results all on new watch supplied by martin M after Ians died . My watch was still running so we could calculate times . This means that the times prior to Martin M are incorrect
ammended correct times :-
Vicky Begg 2:20 start time 35:00 act fin time 37:20
Elanor H 2:21 38:21
Campbell C 2:26 39:26
David T 2:11 40:11

Johny C 2:17 42:17

huge apologies to all concerned , ps if Campbell hadnt queried time I would have missed error .
cheers Campbell
pps all other times are correct

Managed to get the photos uploaded. Thankfully I'm marginally better on a bike than I am with a camera, because the photos are really not very good at all!! Embarassed
